Throughout his career, Rick has earned multiple academic degrees including a JD, LLC, MBA and CPA. Rick has been practicing in the area of taxation since the 60s and formed Tax Management Consultants in the late 80s in order to better serve his local community with tax-related issues. Since then, he has become an expert in individual and business-related tax issues such as audits, sales tax, and estate and gift tax.

Michael believes that establishing a great rapport with clients is one of the most important aspects of legal representation because it further strengthens the trust in one another thereby increasing the effectiveness of resolving the case. Through this strategy, coupled with his expertise in the tax and legal field, Michael has saved his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.
